Teri Gairns
Teri has been with Five Nines since August of 2015. She manages the entire support desk function of our business.
Teri joined Five Nines in August 2015 as a Support Desk Engineer and has been managing and growing the Support Desk team of 14+ engineers since spring of 2019. Encouraging team members to learn and advance with Five Nines is one of the best accolades Teri has on her resume with the largest independently owned MSP in Nebraska.
Prior to Five Nines, Teri spent a total of 15 years working with the top 50 Companies in Iowa, both private and public sector as the Technical Training Advisor for New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

Teri’s outside interests include traveling, cooking, gardening and College Football with her husband, Jim. While empty nesters except for Ozzie, they are fortunate to enjoy their three grown daughters and granddaughter, Addison Nora.
