This is your 60 second sound bite of what’s been going on and where you stand at that moment in time. It has a few key focus areas, which can be customized as desired to fit your business needs: Backups, Disk Space, Patch Management, Uptime, Asset Overview, and Service Request Summary. In your IT service report, you’ll see every ticket request & its status from that time period listed there.
